摘要
采用一步法制备了CdTe@ZIF-7复合材料,并通过电聚合方法将其修饰在玻碳电极表面,制备了一种高灵敏度的氯菊酯(PMT)电化学发光(ECL)传感器。研究了该传感器的ECL性质,优化了测试条件。结果表明:CdTe@ZIF-7纳米复合材料显著提高了鲁米诺-O_(2)体系的ECL信号。在优化条件下,ECL强度与氯菊酯浓度的对数在1.0×10^(-9)~1.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为3.5×10^(-10)mol/L。该传感器成功用于蔬菜样品中PMT的测定。
In this paper,CdTe@ZIF-7 composite material was prepared by one-step method.A highly sensitive permethrin(PMT)electrochemiluminescence(ECL)sensor was prepared by modifying the composite material CdTe@ZIF-7 on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.The ECL properties of the sensor were studied,and the testing conditions were optimized.The results showed that CdTe@ZIF-7 nanocomposites significantly improved the ECL signal of the Luminol-O_(2) system.Under the optimal conditions,the change value of ECL intensity has a linear relationship with the logarithm of PMT concentration in the range of 1.0×10^(-9)-1.0×10^(-5)mol/L.The detection limit was 3.5×10^(-10)mol/L.This sensor has been successfully used for the determination of permethrin in vegetable samples.
