摘要
为了缓解日益严重的能源危机和环境污染压力,需要开发相对高效和清洁的污泥利用技术。超临界水气化(Supercritical Water Gasification,SCWG)技术可以实现废弃生物质中能量的回收,并起到稳定重金属的作用,是一种清洁、有效的处理城市污泥方法。介绍污泥处置的必要性和污泥SCWG反应参数优化的研究进展,阐述污泥及污泥与生物质共气化的技术优势及污泥SCWG制氢多联产系统的热力学分析和生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)的相关研究进展,探讨污泥SCWG技术目前存在的一些问题,并展望该技术的发展前景。
In order to alleviate the increasing energy crisis and the pressure of environmental pollution,it is necessary to develop relatively efficient and clean sludge utilisation technologies.Supercritical Water Gasification(SCWG)technology can realise the recovery of energy from waste biomass and stabilise heavy metals,which is a clean and effective method for treating municipal sludge.The paper introduces the necessity of sludge disposal and the research progress of sludge SCWG reaction parameter optimisation,expounds the technical advantages of sludge and sludge and biomass co-gasification,and the related research progress of thermodynamic analysis and life cycle assessment(LCA)of sludge SCWG hydrogen production polygeneration system,discusses some current problems of sludge SCWG technology,and looks forward to the development prospect of this technology.
