摘要 人工智能的跨领域应用给教育行业带来了深远影响,为人才培养模式创新提供了新的机遇。为充分发挥人工智能在人才培养模式创新中的关键作用,基于人工智能教育技术框架与应用现状,提出人工智能与人才培养的生态共建模式。通过生态共建模式的创建,重塑教师、学生、学校、企业的人工智能融合之路,共同推进人才培养模式创新。在人工智能技术应用过程中,风险与挑战也逐渐显现,数据隐私、教育公平、技术漏洞、情感缺失等问题或将成为制约人才培养模式创新的关键因素。面对风险与挑战,及时完成策略制定与实践指导才能充分发挥人工智能的积极作用。 The cross-field application of artificial intelligence has brought far-reaching impact to the education industry and provided new opportunities for the innovation of talent cultivation mode.In order to give full play to the key role of artificial intelli-gence in the innovation of talent cultivation mode,an ecological co-construction model of artificial intelligence and talent cultiva-tion is proposed based on the current situation of artificial intelligence education technology framework and application.Through the creation of the ecological co-construction model,the path of artificial intelligence integration of teachers,students,schools and enterprises is reshaped to jointly promote the innovation of talent training mode.In the process of artificial intelligence technology application,its risks and challenges are gradually emerging,and issues such as data privacy,educational equity,technical loop-holes,and lack of emotion may become key factors restricting the innovation of talent training mode.In the face of risks and chal-lenges,timely completion of strategy development and practical guidance gives full play to the positive role of artificial intelligence.
