摘要
步入教育强国战略的时代,教育公平的价值目标需要学校教育关注每个学困生及其群体的实际困难,努力用精准式的帮扶策略和措施让学困生“不掉队”。对学困生的教育帮扶具有聚焦对象实际需求、遵循人的发展规律、志智双扶并重的要求,当前学校教育在帮扶实践中窄化为过度追求钱物帮扶短期效应的单一救济式帮扶,忽视扶志扶智的内生式帮扶路径发掘,使教育帮扶陷入重外轻内、被动给予式的单一化、片面化迷途,主要体现在观念价值、过程行为、实际效果等方面。破解单一救济式帮扶困境需要以完善扶志扶智教育为基点,树立内外协同的教育帮扶观;以强化内外融通为关键,强化扶志扶智教育的整体育人效果;以科学实践理路为保障,构建层层推进的完整教育帮扶体系。
In the era of the strategy of building a strong education country,the value goal of educational equity requires schools to pay attention to the actual difficulties of every disadvantaged student and group,and strive to use precise assistance strategies and measures to ensure that students in difficulties do not fall behind.The educational assistance for students with learn-ing difficulties has the requirements of focusing on the actual needs of the target audience,following the laws of human develop-ment,and emphasizing both ambition and intelligence.Currently,school education has narrowed down in the practice of assis-tance to a single relief type of assistance that excessively pursues the short-term effect of financial and material assistance,while neglecting the exploration of the endogenous assistance path of supporting ambition and intelligence.This has led to educational assistance falling into a single and one-sided path of prioritizing external factors over internal factors and passive giving,mainly re-flected in aspects such as conceptual value,process behavior,and actual effects.To solve the dilemma of single relief assistance,it is necessary to take the improvement of education on supporting people's aspirations and intelligence as the basis,and establish an educational assistance concept of internal and external coordination;to strengthen internal and external integration as the key and enhance the overall educational effect of supporting aspirations and intelligence education;to build a comprehensive education as-sistance system with scientific practice as the guarantee,and advancing it layer by layer.
