摘要
探析实时荧光PCR检验对高危人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)检测的应用价值。甄选临淄区妇幼保健院于2022年4月-2023年7月收治的100例疑似高危HPV感染患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受实时荧光PCR以及二代杂交式捕获法(HCⅡ)检验,结合患者的病理检查结果,对两种检验方式的诊断价值以及对不同病变程度患者的检出率进行对比。研究结果显示,100例疑似高危HPV感染患者中,病理检查确诊为高危HPV感染阳性的患者有90例,阴性的患者有10例,宫颈病变分级为CINⅠ级的患者有54例,CINⅡ级的患者有22例,CINⅢ级的患者有14例,为慢性宫颈炎的患者有10例。HCII检验的特异度、灵敏度以及精准度皆低于实时荧光PCR检验(P<0.05),HCⅡ检验的CINⅠ级以及慢性宫颈炎检出率皆低于实时荧光PCR检验(P<0.05)。研究发现,将实时荧光PCR检验技术应用于高危HPV的检测工作中,不仅可以有效提高检验效率以及检验结果的准确性,还可以切实满足患者的诊断需求,具有较高的临床检验价值,可在后续高危HPV检测工作中推广。
Exploring the application value of real-time fluorescent PCR testing for high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)detection.Selecting 100 suspected high-risk HPV infected patients admitted to Linzi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 as the research subjects,all patients underwent real-timefluorescence PCR and second-generation hybrid capture method(HCII)testing.Combined with the pathological examination results of the patients,the diagnostic value of the two testing methods and the detection rate for patients with different degrees of lesions were compared.The results showed that among 100 suspected high-risk HPV infection patients,90 patients were diagnosed as positive for high-risk HPV infection by pathological examination,10 patients were negative,54 patients had cervical lesions classified as CIN I,22 patients had CIN II,14 patients had CIN III,and 10 patients had chronic cervicitis.The specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of HCII test were lower than those of real-timefluorescence PCR test(P<0.05).The detection rates of CIN grade I and chronic cervicitis in HCII test were lower than those in real-timefluorescence PCR test(P<0.05).Research has found that applying real-timefluorescence PCR testing technology to the detection of high-risk HPV can not only effectively improve testing efficiency and accuracy of test results,but also effectively meet the diagnostic needs of patients.It has high clinical testing value and can be promoted in subsequent high-risk HPV testing work.
