经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

探讨将经皮椎体成形术应用于老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者治疗中的效果。选择2021年4月-2022年12月云南省昆明市中医医院收治的70例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折老年患者作为研究对象,将患者随机均分为对照组与试验组,每组各35例。对照组患者接受传统保守治疗,试验组患者接受经皮椎体成形术治疗。治疗完成后,对患者的最终治疗结果进行评价,分析组间差异。研究结果表明,两组患者在接受治疗后的疼痛感均得到一定程度的改善,而试验组患者的疼痛评分相较于对照组明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,经皮椎体成形术是治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的一种有效方法,能够快速减轻患者的疼痛感,改善患者的脊柱姿势,提高椎体高度和患者的生活水平。

Exploring the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures.Seventy elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to Kunming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Yunnan Province from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group patients received traditional conservative treatment,while the experimental group patients received percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment.After the treatment is completed,evaluate thefinal treatment outcome of the patient and analyze the differences between the groups.The results showed that both groups of patients experienced a certain degree of improvement in pain after receiving treatment,and the pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Research has found that percutaneous vertebroplasty is an effective method for treating elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures,which can quickly alleviate patients’pain,improve their spinal posture,increase vertebral height,and improve their living standards.
