瑞替普酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效及溶栓期间护理干预措施分析

Clinical Effi cacy and Nursing Intervention Measures during Thrombolysis with Riteplase in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

分析瑞替普酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效及溶栓期间护理干预措施。对2021年1月-2023年12月三都水族自治县人民医院收治的44例急性心肌梗死患者进行研究,以等量数字随机法将患者平均分为对比组(采用常规护理)和试验组(采用综合护理),对比治疗后两组患者的血管再通率、生活质量评分、临床疗效。研究结果显示,试验组治疗后血管再通率、生活质量评分、临床疗效等指标优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对接受瑞替普酶溶栓治疗的急性心肌梗死患者行综合护理,可提升血管再通率,改善患者的生活质量,优化患者的治疗效果,值得应用推广。

Analyze the clinical efficacy of riteplase thrombolysis in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and nursing interventions during thrombolysis.A study was conducted on 44 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Sandu Shui Autonomous County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.The patients were evenly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an experimental group(receiving comprehensive nursing)using an equal number random method.The vascular recanalization rate,quality of life score,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared after treatment.The results showed that the experimental group had better indicators such as vascular recanalization rate,quality of life score,and clinical efficacy after treatment than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that comprehensive nursing for acute myocardial infarction patients receiving thrombolytic therapy with riteplase can improve vascular recanalization rate,enhance patients’quality of life,optimize treatment outcomes,and is worthy of application and promotion.
