早期康复护理干预对脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者尿路感染和膀胱功能的影响研究

摘要 探究早期康复护理干预对脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)神经源性膀胱患者尿路感染和膀胱功能的影响。选取云南省第一人民医院2023年6月-2023年12月收治的80例SCI神经源性膀胱患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施早期康复护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,观察组膀胱功能明显优于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿路感染发生率低于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,早期康复护理干预可有效改善患者的膀胱功能,降低尿路感染发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Exploring the effects of early rehabilitation nursing interventions on urinary tract infections and bladder function in patients with spinal cord injury(SCI)and neurogenic bladder.Select 80 patients with SCI neurogenic bladder admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province from June 2023 to December 2023 as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method,namely a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the bladder function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of urinary tract infections in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference in data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that early rehabilitation nursing interventions can effectively improve patients’bladder function,reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections,and have high clinical application value.
