综合护理在减轻上肢骨折术后疼痛中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Reducing Postoperative Pain of Upper Limb Fractures

分析综合护理干预在减轻上肢骨折术后患者疼痛中的应用效果,探究更为有效的缓解患者术后疼痛的护理方案。以2021年1月-2024年1月在贵州省剑河县民族中医院接受手术治疗的120例上肢骨折患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各60例。对照组在术后行常规护理干预方案,观察组在术后行综合护理干预方案,比较分析两组患者的术后疼痛改善情况以及护理效果。研究结果显示,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,综合护理干预在减轻上肢骨折患者术后疼痛方面具有显著价值,可缓解患者术后疼痛情况,并提高患者的护理满意度,降低并发症的发生率,护理有效性与安全性较高,具有推广应用价值。

Analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in reducing postoperative pain in patients with upper limb fractures,and explore more effective nursing plans to alleviate postoperative pain in patients.120 patients with upper limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment at Jianhe Nationalities Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention after surgery.The improvement of postoperative pain and nursing effects were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that comprehensive nursing interventions have significant value in reducing postoperative pain in patients with upper limb fractures.They can alleviate postoperative pain,improve patient satisfaction with nursing care,reduce the incidence of complications,and have high nursing effectiveness and safety,making them worth promoting and applying.
