加速康复外科理念对骨科膝关节置换护理效果的影响评价

Evaluation of the Impact of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Concept on the Nursing Eff ect of Orthopedic Knee Joint Replacement

探究加速康复外科理念对骨科膝关节置换护理效果的影响。选取2023年1月-2023年12月北京市大兴区人民医院收治的96例接受人工膝关节置换术的患者为研究对象。随机将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用术中常规护理,观察组采用加速康复外科理念,比较两组患者的护理效果。研究结果显示,观察组手术时间、术后首次进食时间、术后首次排尿时间、术后首次下床时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术中并发症发生率和术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对接受人工膝关节置换术治疗的患者实施加速康复外科护理,可改善患者的相关指标,降低患者的并发症发生率,优化患者的护理效果,提高患者的护理满意度,临床应用价值显著。

Exploring the impact of accelerated rehabilitation surgical concepts on the nursing outcomes of orthopedic knee replacement.96 patients who underwent artificial knee replacement surgery at Beijing Daxing District People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divide the patients into two groups,a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine intraoperative care,while the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the observation group had shorter surgical time,first postoperative food intake time,first postoperative urination time,first postoperative time getting out of bed,and average hospital stay than the control group,and had less intraoperative bleeding than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The excellent rate of surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing artificial knee replacement surgery can improve relevant indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,optimize nursing outcomes,and increase patient satisfaction.Its clinical application value is significant.
