多尺度嵌套的复合生态安全格局构建与管控路径——以湖北省通城县为例

摘要 国土空间提供多样的生态系统服务功能且存在权衡协同关系,如何基于复合生态安全格局保障国土空间生态安全,并在实践中实现有效的空间管控,是当前研究的核心问题。通过分析当前生态安全格局构建存在的问题,提出多尺度嵌套的复合生态安全格局构建与管控路径,并以湖北省通城县为例,通过生态系统服务功能量化和生态网络要素识别,优化单功能生态网络的构建路径,进而构建多功能复合的生态安全格局。在此基础上,以绿色空间为切入点,探究复合生态安全格局嵌套衔接的跨尺度空间管控方法,以实现生态安全格局由宏观区域尺度向城区中微观尺度的有效传导与衔接。 The territorial space provides a variety of ecosystem service functions and there is a trade-off and synergistic relationship.Safeguard of national ecological safety based on a composite ecological security pattern and achieving effective spatial control in practice has become the core challenge of current research.A path for the construction and control of a multi-scale nested composite ecological security pattern is proposed with Tongcheng county,Hubei province as a case study.The construction path of a single-function ecological network is optimized through the quantification of ecosystem service functions and the identification of ecological network elements,then a multi-functional composite ecological security pattern is constructed by network weighted coupling.The cross-scale spatial control method of nested and connected composite ecological security pattern is studied on green space,to realize effective transformation and connection of various ecological elements in the ecological security pattern from the macro regional scale to the urban micro and intermediate scale.
