规划遗产价值特征与保护传承路径——以哈尔滨中华巴洛克历史街区为例

Characteristics of Planning Heritage Value and Pathways for Preservation and Inheritance:The Example of Chinese Baroque Historic District in Harbin

规划遗产为建成遗产的系统性识别与整体性保护提供了新的契机,有助于真实地理解与传承历史文化空间的规划智慧。以哈尔滨中华巴洛克历史街区为例,研究基于价值特征的规划遗产保护传承方法。通过梳理街区规划的历史演进过程,重新认识规划遗产的历史定位,探究规划遗产的形成因素,以此界定其价值特征与遗产类型,并针对规划遗产保护传承面临的三重挑战制定保护传承总体路线与落实策略,以期为其他的规划遗产保护传承工作提供借鉴。

A new opportunity is provided for the systematic identification and comprehensive preservation of built heritage based on the planning heritage as it helps understand and inherit the authentic planning wisdom of historical space.Taking the Chinese Baroque Historical Block in Harbin as an example,the preservation and inheritance methods based on the value characteristics of the planning heritage are studied.With a review of its historical evolution,a re-cognition of its historical positioning,and an exploration of underlying factors,the planning heritage's value characteristics and types are defined.The overall routes and implementation strategies are formulated based on the triple challenges of its preservation and inheritance,in order to provide reference for the preservation and inheritance of other planning heritages.
