摘要
针对电力电子接口能源可提供能量约束下的新型电力系统频率稳定问题,提出一种计及直流-储能短时功率支援的频率稳定协调控制方法。利用直流输电系统的短时过载能力,建立了计及短时直流功率支援量与投入时刻的频率响应模型,分析了功率支援量与投入时刻对频率最低点的影响。基于此,考虑直流、储能的自身约束、直流互联电网频率安全约束以及交流系统潮流安全约束,建立了计及直流与储能协调参与频率稳定控制的优化模型,得到确保受扰电网频率最低点高于频率稳定阈值并且控制能量最小的控制方案。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够有效利用控制能量,提高了系统运行的经济性。
Aiming at the frequency stability problem of new power system under the constraint of available energy of electronic interfaced energy resources,a coordinated control method of frequency stability considering the short-time power support of DC and energy storage is proposed.According to the short-time overload capacity of DC transmission system,the system frequency response model considering short-time DC power support amount and starting-time is developed.The influence of power support amount and starting-time on frequency nadir is analyzed.On this basis,considering the constraints of DC and energy storage,the frequen⁃cy security constraints of DC interconnected power grid and the security constraints of AC system power flow,an optimization model considering the coordination of DC and energy storage in frequency stability control is proposed,which can obtain the control scheme that ensure the frequency nadir above the threshold value of frequency stability and make control energy minimized.The simulative results show that the proposed method can effectively use the control energy and improve the economy of system operation.
