铁路天窗方案与列车运行图协同优化研究综述

摘要 列车运行图是铁路运输工作的综合计划和铁路行车组织的基础,直接影响铁路运输工作的安全、效益和服务水平。天窗是保证铁路行车和人身安全、协调运输组织与施工维修之间矛盾的必要手段。天窗与列车运行相互影响、相互制约,合理的天窗方案可以有效缓解运输和施工维修两者的矛盾。在分析列车运行图与维修天窗协同优化复杂性、典型优化模型及国内外相关研究基础上,总结了既有研究在天窗形式评价、客货需求与天窗时长的匹配关系等方面的不足。立足我国双网融合贯通条件及轨道监检测系统的信息化、智能化趋势,从天窗方案评价、天窗方案与列车运行图鲁棒优化、路网条件下天窗方案与列车运行图协同优化、列车运行图与动态天窗协同优化等4个方面提出了需要进一步研究的关键问题。 Train working diagram is the basis of the comprehensive plan of railway transportation and the organization of railway operation.It directly affects the safety,efficiency,and service level of railway transportation.Maintenance windows can effectively ensure railway operation and personal safety and coordinate the contradiction between transportation organization and maintenance.Maintenance window and train operation affect and restrict each other.A reasonable maintenance window plan can effectively alleviate the contradiction between transportation and maintenance.Based on the analysis of the complexity of integrated optimization of train working diagram and maintenance window,typical optimization models,and related research in China and abroad,this paper summarized the gaps of the existing research in the evaluation of maintenance window form,the matching relationship between passenger and freight demand and maintenance window duration.According to the conditions of dual network integration and the trend of information and intelligence of track monitoring and inspection systems in China,the key problems to be further studied were put forward from four aspects:evaluation of maintenance window plan,robust optimization of maintenance window plan and train working diagram,integrated optimization of maintenance window plan and train working diagram in railway network,and integrated optimization of train working diagram and dynamic maintenance window.
