摘要
通过采用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机模拟轧制工艺、拉伸试验和金相检验等,研究了界面粗糙度、压缩温度和压缩率对304钢/Q235B钢复合板结合强度的影响。结果表明:压缩率大于或等于20%时,粗糙界面复合板的结合强度低于光滑界面复合板;在低于或等于1200℃压缩的复合板结合强度高于在1200℃以上压缩的复合板;随着压缩率升至20%,复合板结合强度升高,压缩率大于20%时,复合板结合强度变化不大。
Effect of interfacial roughness,compression temperature and compression ratio on bonding strength of 304 steel/Q235B steel clad plate was investigated via simulation of rolling process by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine,tensile test,and metallographic examination.The results showed that(a)when the compression ratio was greater than or equal to 20%,the bonding strength of the clad plate with rough interface was less than that of the clad plate with smooth interface;(b)the bonding strength of the clad plate compressed at lower than or equal to 1200℃was higher than that of the clad plate compressed at higher than 1200℃;and(c)the bonding strength of the clad plate increased as the compression ratio increased up to 20%,and had no evident change as the compression ratio increased to more than 20%.
