摘要
在信息技术迅猛发展的背景下,数字化转型已成为企业提升竞争力、实现可持续发展的核心战略。本文从公司战略的视角深入探讨了数字化转型的时代背景、理论基础及其与公司战略的内在联系,分析了企业在推进数字化转型过程中所面临的技术更新与集成、组织文化与变革管理、人才招聘与培养、数据安全与隐私保护等现实挑战。据此,本文提出了实现数字化转型的具体策略,包括制定前瞻性的数字化战略规划、强化组织学习与创新能力、构建数字化人才梯队、加强数据治理与安全保障体系。通过这些策略的系统实施,企业能够有效应对数字化转型过程中的复杂挑战,推动企业战略与数字化转型的深度融合,从而在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势地位,实现长期稳定的发展。
In the context of the rapid development of information technology,digital transformation has become the core strategy for enterprises to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.This paper explores the era background,theoretical foundations,and intrinsic connection between digital transformation and corporate strategy from a strategic management perspective.It analyzes the real challenges enterprises face in advancing digital transformation,including technological updates and integration,organizational culture and change management,talent recruitment and training,as well as data security and privacy protection.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes specific strategies for achieving digital transformation,including the formulation of forward-looking digital strategic planning,strengthening organizational learning and innovation capabilities,building a digital talent pipeline,and enhancing data governance and security assurance systems.Through the systematic implementation of these strategies,enterprises can effectively cope with the complex challenges in the process of digital transformation and promote the deep integration of corporate strategy and digital transformation to occupy a dominant position in the fierce market competition and achieve long-term stable development.
