摘要
为了减少发动机缸体悬置安装凸台开裂失效概率,提高产品在使用过程中的稳健性,通过断口扫描分析方法分析悬置安装凸台开裂潜在失效原因,基于CAE有限元仿真计算对优化后结构进行评估,得到了缸体结构优化设计方案。
In order to reduce the cracking failure probability of engine cylinder block mounting boss and improve the robustness of the product in use process,the potential failure mechanism of the mounting boss cracking was obtained according to the fracture scanning analysis method.The optimized structure was accurately evaluated based on CAE simulation calculation,and the optimal design method of the cylinder block structure was obtained.
