中美火花熄灭器标准对比及其对全地形车的适用性分析

Comparison of Chinese and American Spark Arrester Standards and Analysis of Applicability of These Standards to ATVs

全地形车常以草场林地为工作场景,在发动机工作时会有高温燃烧颗粒(火星)随排气喷出,易对周围环境构成火险。排气火花熄灭器是重要的车辆防火装置,在汽车行业应用广泛,我国目前尚无针对全地形车用排气火花熄灭器的标准法规。GB 13365-2005《机动车排气火花熄灭器》作为我国唯一现行有效的汽车排气火花熄灭器国家标准,与美国农业部林务局制定的5100-1d《内燃机火花熄灭器》标准之间存在一定差异,且对全地形车产品不完全适用。根据发展需求制定我国的全地形车用排气火花熄灭器标准势在必行。

All-terrain vehicles(ATVs) often work in grasslands and forest areas,and during the operation of their engines,high-temperature combustion particles(sparks) will be injected with the exhaust gas,which is likely to pose a fire risk to the surrounding environment.The exhaust spark arrester is an important fire protection device for motor vehicles,which has been widely used in the automobile industry.At present,there is no special standard and regulation for exhaust spark arresters for ATV in China.GB13365-2005 "Spark arrester" is the only current effective national standard for motor vehicle exhaust spark arrester in China.There is a certain difference between GB 13365-2005 and 5100-1d "Standard for Spark Arresters for Internal Combustion Engine" formulated by the US Department of Agriculture Forest Service,and it is not completely suitable for the use of ATV products.It is imperative to formulate the standard of exhaust spark arresters for ATVs in China according to the development needs.
