随着风电行业的快速发展,变流器作为关键设备在风力发电系统中起着至关重要的作用。然而,随着国际关系变化和供应链的不确定性,外国品牌的变流器在中国市场的维护和供应面临诸多挑战。为解决这一问题,文章介绍了GE公司开发的新一代国产化控制系统2MW变流器。该系统不仅完全替代了原GE控制系统,解决了备件供应问题,还显著提升了控制精度、响应速度及设备的可靠性。

With the rapid development of the wind power industry,inverters play a crucial role as key equipment in wind power generation systems.However,with changes in international relations and uncertainties in the supply chain,the maintenance and supply of foreign brand inverters in the Chinese market face many challenges.To address this issue,the article introduces the new generation of domestically produced control system 2MW inverter developed by Longyuan Electric Company.This system not only completely replaces the original GE control system,solves the problem of spare parts supply,but also significantly improves control accuracy,response speed,and equipment reliability.
