摘要
随着工业化步伐的不断迈进,汽车、家电、电子、仪表、电动工具等产品的需求日益增长,而这些产品的制造过程中均涉及大量的电线处理。传统的手工剥线方式效率低下,既耗时又费力,已难以满足现代生产的高效和快节奏要求。文章介绍了一种基于Arduino控制的剪线机的硬件设计,其具备高精度、高速度、多功能的特点,能够替代人工进行大批量的变距剥线作业,极大地提升了生产效率。
With the continuous progress of industrialization,the demand for products such as automobiles,home appliances,electronics,instruments,and power tools is increasing day by day,and the manufacturing process of these products involves a large amount of wire processing.The traditional manual wire stripping method is inefficient,time-consuming and laborious,and can no longer meet the high efficiency and fast-paced requirements of modern production.The article introduces a hardware design of a wire cutting machine based on Arduino control,which has the characteristics of high precision,high speed,and multifunctionality.It can replace manual large-scale variable distance wire stripping operations and greatly improve production efficiency.
