摘要
文章针对目前褐煤煤质参数检测技术存在的延时高、实时性低等问题,设计和应用一套基于近红外技术的在线实时检测系统。通过详细分析褐煤的化学和物理特性,选取代表性样本,并在现有检测技术的基础上,明确了系统功能以及技术规格要求。研究成果总结和实际应用价值的探讨,为后续相关技术的研究和完善提供了方向和依据。
This study aims to design and apply an online real-time detection system based on near-infrared technology to address the issues of high latency and low real-time performance in current lignite coal quality parameter detection technology.By analyzing the chemical and physical properties of lignite in detail,representative samples were selected,and based on the analysis of existing detection techniques,the system functions and technical specifications were clarified.The summary of research results and the exploration of practical application value provide direction and basis for the subsequent research and improvement of related technologies.
