基于PLC的多料仓自动化精准配煤控制系统的研究及应用

摘要 为了提高煤炭资源的合理高效利用,需要对不同品质的煤炭进行精准配置。针对目前选煤厂配煤任务繁重,人工靠经验配煤比例的方式精度较低,劳动强度大且不容易控制等情况,文章拟研究一套以哈拉沟选煤厂为背景的多料仓自动化精准配煤控制系统,该系统通过实时调整不同煤质煤炭的比例,将特种煤的煤质严格控制在合理的区间内。打破传统配煤系统原煤仓存放煤炭比较固定,不能灵活调动的问题,实现选煤厂自动化精准配煤,从而提高配煤质量,减少劳动力,保证用户需求。以推动国家智能化技术与煤炭产业融合发展,提升精准配煤的智能化水平,促进我国煤炭工业高质量发展。 With the shortage of domestic coal resources,in order to improve the rational and efficient use of coal resources,it is necessary to carry out the new strategy of National Energy Security.In view of the heavy task of coal blending in the coal preparation plant,the method of coal blending based on experience is of low precision,large labor intensity and difficult to control.In this paper,a set of multi-silo automatic precise coal blending control system based on Halagou coal preparation plant is studied,the quality of special coal will be strictly controlled within a qualified range.Breaking the problem that the coal storage in the raw coal bunker of the traditional coal blending system is relatively fixed and can not be flexibly adjusted,realizing the automatic precise coal blending in the coal preparation plant,thus improving the coal blending quality,reducing the labor force and ensuring the user's demand.In order to promote the integration of national intelligent technology and coal industry,improve the intelligent level of precision coal blending,promote the highquality development of our coal industry.
