摘要
防雾涂料被广泛用于汽车挡风玻璃、后视镜、浴室镜子、眼镜镜片等,其中紫外光固化防雾涂料具有特别价值,它不仅固化速度快、节能环保,更有利于对热敏感基材(例如塑料)的涂装应用。从亲水预聚物、亲水单体和涂层表面形貌等方面综述了紫外光固化防雾涂料的研究工作,并对相关研究的发展提出了看法。
Anti-fog coating is widely used in automotive windshields,rearview mirrors,bathroom mirrors,eyeglass lenses,etc.Among them,ultraviolet-curable anti-fog coating is of special value since it is not only fast curing,energy saving and environmental protective,but conducive to the coating application of heat sensitive substrate(such as plastic).The researches on UV-curable anti-fog coatings is reviewed from the aspects of hydrophilic prepolymer,hydrophilic monomer and coating surface morphology,and some opinions on the development of related research are put forward.
