卡莫瑞林(商品名Entyce)是美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准用于犬食欲刺激的饥饿素受体激动剂。通过一系列过程促进胃饥饿素的分泌,进而刺激下丘脑中与进食有关的部分,刺激垂体产生生长激素。对合成路线及药物应用两个方面进行了综述,对卡莫瑞林未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Capromorelin(trade name:Entyce)is a hunger hormone receptor agonist approved by Food and Drug Administration(FDA)for stimulating the appetite of dogs.It can promote the secretion of ghrelin through a series of process,and then stimulate the part of hypothalamus related to food intake and the pituitary to produce growth hormone.The synthetic routes and drug applications are reviewed,and the future development trend of capromorelin is prospected.
