佤族盟誓与审美治理——兼谈艺术乡建的佤族经验

Aesthetic Governance through Wa Ethnic Oath Alliances——Discussing the Wa Experience in Art-Centric Rural Construction

审美治理作为治理的新理念,以审美和艺术之维介入权力的运作斡旋于国家、社会、个人三者之间,通过审美实践实现善的理念。艺术乡建,是审美治理在乡村治理中的具体实践,在乡村振兴中体现艺术与审美的独特价值和意义,经过不断探索已经取得了丰硕的成果,但也存在诸多的问题。佤族盟誓制度是富于佤族特色与中国经验的审美治理机制,在审美治理的视域下重新探讨佤族盟誓制度的产生、特征并分析案例,将其智慧与经验融汇于乡村治理,作为中国艺术乡建的重要借鉴。

As a new concept of governance,aesthetic governance intervenes in the operation of power in the dimension of aesthetics and art between the state,society and individuals,and realizes the concept of goodness through aesthetic practice.Art rural construction is the concrete practice of aesthetic governance in rural governance.It embodies the unique value and significance of art and aesthetics in rural revitalization.After continuous exploration,it has achieved fruitful results,but there are also many problems.The oath system of the Wa nationality is an aesthetic governance mechanism rich in the characteristics of the Wa nationality and Chinese experience.From the perspective of aesthetic governance,it is an important reference for the construction of Chinese art villages to re-explore the generation,characteristics and cases of the oath system of the Wa nationality,and to integrate its wisdom and experience into rural governance.
