红色文化是高校思想政治教育的素材宝库,也是高校思政课程体系育人建设的力量源泉。红色文化在高校思政育人建设中受到了广泛关注,在引领育人方向、优化育人环境、充盈育人资源方面发挥了重要作用,但仍面临方法创新不足、融入体制机制缺损、执行场域的疏离、育人成效不显等现实困境。基于摆脱困境的现实维度,亟需守正核心立场,呼唤平等对话;创新教育手段及方式,强化价值引领;完善保障机制,盘活红色资源;助推场域融合,发挥育人实效,以红色文化赋能高校大学生思想政治教育,提升高校红色文化育人实效,保障红色基因世代赓续。

Red culture is a treasure trove of materials for ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and also a source of strength for the construction of human education in the system of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.Red culture has received wide attention in the construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and has played an important role in leading the direction of educating people,optimizing the environment of educating people,and enriching the resources of educating people,but it is still facing the realistic dilemmas of insufficient methodological innovation,deficiency of the integration system and mechanism,alienation of the execution field,and ineffectiveness of educating people.Based on the realistic dimension of the dilemma,it is necessary to innovate educational means and methods,strengthen value leadership;keep the core position,call for equal dialogue;improve the guarantee mechanism,revitalize the red resources;pay attention to the social practice,and play the effect of nurturing,so as to enable the ideological and political education of college students by red culture,improve the effect of nurturing by red culture in colleges and universities,and guarantee the continuation of red genes from generation to generation.
