非编码RNA调控相关信号通路影响多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

摘要 非编码RNA(ncRNA)是指不翻译蛋白质的RNA,具有参与基因表达调控、表观遗传学调控等重要功能,近年来逐渐成为研究热点。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄妇女最常见的内分泌疾病之一,全球发病率为4%~20%,但近些年回顾ncRNA调控相关信号通路影响PCOS的文献较少。本文回顾ncRNA参与相关信号通路(如PI3K/Akt、MAPK/ERK、TLR4/NF-κB、Wnt/β-catenin、JAK/STAT3通路)对PCOS发生或发展中胰岛素抵抗、颗粒细胞增殖和凋亡、卵丘细胞、炎症发生的影响,从而提高对PCOS病理生理机制的认识,以期为PCOS的诊疗与管理提供思路。 Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is RNA that does not translate proteins,has important functions such as participating in gene expression regulation and epigenetic regulation,and has gradually become a research hotspot in recent years.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common endocrine diseases in women of childbearing age,with a global prevalence of 4%to 20%.However,there has been a paucity of literature reviewing the regulation of relevant signaling pathways by ncRNAs affecting PCOS in recent years,so this paper reviewed the involvement of ncRNAs in relevant signaling pathways(e.g.PI3K/Akt,MAPK/ERK,TLR4/NF-κB,Wnt/β-catenin,and JAK/STAT3 pathways)on insulin resistance,granulocyte proliferation and apoptosis,oocytes,and inflammation in the occurrence or development of PCOS,thus improving the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of PCOS,to provide ideas for the diagnosis and management of PCOS.
