温经汤联合脐灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果

Clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold congelation and blood stasis type

目的分析温经汤联合脐灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果。方法选择2022年6月至2023年6月济南市济阳区中医医院收治的86例原发性痛经患者进行研究,依照随机抽签法分为观察组(43例)和对照组(43例)。对照组采用布洛芬缓释片治疗,观察组采用温经汤联合脐灸治疗,分析两组治疗效果、痛经疼痛评分、相关实验室指标。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组疼痛评分、前列腺素F2α水平低于对照组,前列腺素E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温经汤联合脐灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,能够提升治疗效果,改善痛经程度,调节相关实验室指标。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold congelation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 86 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to Jinan Jiyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to the random lottery method.The control group was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Wenjing Decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion.The therapeutic effect,dysmenorrhea pain score,and related laboratory indexes of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score and prostaglandin F2αlevel in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the prostaglandin E2 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold congelation and blood stasis type can improve the therapeutic effect and degree of dysmenorrhea,and regulate rel ated laboratory indicators.
