小儿消积止咳口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的探讨小儿消积止咳口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗支原体肺炎(MP)患儿的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2023年9月商河县人民医院收治的100例MP患儿,以随机数字表法分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,研究组给予小儿消积止咳口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、肺功能、炎症因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(82.00%)(P<0.05)。研究组发热、喘息、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组最大呼气流量、第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量升高,且研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平降低,且研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论小儿消积止咳口服液联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗MP患儿可提高临床疗效,缩短症状消失时间,改善肺功能,缓解炎症反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods A total of 100 children with MP admitted to Shanghe County People’s Hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets,while the study group was treated with Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,lung function,and inflammatory factors in both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of study group(96.00%)was higher than that of control group(82.00%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,wheezing,cough,and lung moist rales in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak expiratory flow,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and forced vital capacity of the two groups were increased,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein decreased in both groups,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid combined with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets treating children with MP can increase clinical efficacy,shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve lung function,and relieve inflammation reaction.
