摘要
目的调查分析不同性别及年龄段儿童视黄醇结合蛋白水平分布特点。方法选取2021年8月至2022年9月在南宁市妇幼保健院进行健康体检的11497名儿童作为研究对象。采用免疫比浊法检测视黄醇结合蛋白水平,采用描述性方法对不同性别及不同年龄段儿童的视黄醇结合蛋白水平进行分析。结果纳入的儿童中,视黄醇结合蛋白总体水平为18(14.5,22.3)mg/L。其中,视黄醇结合蛋白水平偏低(<25 mg/L)9745人,占比84.76%;视黄醇结合蛋白水平正常(25~70mg/L)1733人,占比15.07%;视黄醇结合蛋白水平偏高(>70 mg/L)19人,占比0.17%。各年龄段及各性别儿童均以视黄醇结合蛋白水平偏低占比最高,偏高占比最低。不同年龄段及不同性别儿童的视黄醇结合蛋白水平分布比较,差异有统计学意义(H=408.983,P<0.001;Z=2.955,P=0.003)。结论儿童的视黄醇结合蛋白水平偏低,且在不同年龄段和性别间存在差异。因此,在制订儿童营养干预措施时,应充分考虑性别和年龄差异,以促进儿童视黄醇结合蛋白水平的改善。
Objective To investigate and analyze the distribution of retinol-binding protein levels in children of different genders and age groups.Methods A total of 11497 children who underwent physical examination in Nanning Maternity and Child Health Hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.The retinol-binding protein levels were detected by immunoturbidimetry.Descriptive methods were used to analyze the retinol-binding protein levels in children of different genders and age groups.Results In the included children,the overall level of retinol-binding protein was 18(14.5,22.3)mg/L.There were 9745 children with low retinol-binding protein(<25 mg/L),accounting for 84.76%.There were 1733 children with normal levels of retinol-binding protein(25-70 mg/L),a ccounting f or 15.07%.The re w ere 19 c hildren w ith hi gh re tinol-binding pro tein l evel(>70 mg/L),accounting for 0.17%.In children of all age groups and genders,the proportion of low retinol-binding protein level was the highest,and the proportion of high retinol-binding protein level was the lowest.There was significant difference in the distribution of retinol-binding protein levels in children of different ages and genders(H=408.983,P<0.001;Z=2.955,P=0.003).Conclusion The retinol-binding protein levels in children are low and differ between age groups and genders.Therefore,when developing child nutrition interventions,gender and age differences should be fully considered to promote the improvement of retinol-binding protei n levels in children.
