基于互动式护理模式的个性化健康教育在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of personalized health education based on interactive nursing model in patients with uterine fibroids

目的探讨基于互动式护理模式的个性化健康教育在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选择滨州医学院附属医院妇科2021年1月至2023年2月收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)、对照组(n=40)。对照组应用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加基于互动式护理模式的个性化健康教育,比较两组护理满意度、健康知识知晓情况。结果观察组护理总满意率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05);两组出院时各项健康知识知晓得分均较入院时高,且观察组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互动式护理模式的个性化健康教育可提高子宫肌瘤患者的护理满意度及健康知识知晓度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized health education based on interactive nursing model in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the Departm ent of Gynecology,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized health education based on interactive nursing model on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction and health knowledge awareness were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The health knowledge awareness scores of the two groups at discharge were higher than those at admission,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized health education based on interactive nursing model can improve the nursing satisfaction and health knowledge awareness of patients with uterine fibroids,which is worth promoting.
