全面护理干预对儿童扁桃体切除术后疼痛程度及家属护理满意度的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain degree and family nursing satisfaction after tonsillectomy for children

目的分析全面护理干预对儿童扁桃体切除术后疼痛程度及家属护理满意度的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2023年10月于枣庄市山亭区人民医院接受扁桃体切除术治疗的76例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)及观察组(38例)。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行全面护理干预。比较两组术后疼痛程度及家属护理满意度。结果观察组术后1、4、12、24h的视觉模拟评分法评分比对照组低,家属护理总满意率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预在儿童扁桃体切除术中的应用效果确切,可缓解患儿疼痛症状,提升家属护理满意度,可推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain degree and family nursing satisfaction after tonsillectomy for children.Methods A total of 76 children undergoing tonsillectomy in Zaozhuang Shanting District People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=38)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pain degree and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The visual analogue scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the total rate of family nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in tonsillectomy for children is definite,which can alleviate the pain symptoms of children,improve the family nursing satisfaction,and can be promoted.
