舒适护理在小儿高热急诊护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in emergency care of children with high fever

目的探讨高热患儿急诊护理中舒适护理的应用效果。方法将2020年10月至2023年10月山西医科大学第二医院因高热就诊的216例患儿作为分析对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(108例,常规护理)、观察组(108例,在常规护理的同时提供舒适护理)。比较两组退热时间、依从性、不良事件发生情况与满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组退热起效和完全退热时间均更短(P<0.05);观察组的依从性比对照组高(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组不良事件总发生率更低,家长满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论急诊高热患儿开展舒适护理,对于缩短退热时间、降低不良事件发生风险、提高患儿依从性和家长满意度有积极作用,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comfort nursing in emergency care of children with high fever.Methods A total of 216 children with high fever in the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2020 to October 2023 were analyzed.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 108 cases in each group by the random number table method,and provided with conventional care and comfort nursing on the basis of conventional care,respectively.The time of fever reduction,compliance,incidence of adverse events,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the onset time of fever reduction and the time of complete fever reduction were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower total incidence of adverse events and higher parental satisfaction compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out comfort nursing for children with high fever in the emergency department has a positive effect on shortening the time for fever reduction,reducing the risk of adverse events,and improving children’s compliance and parents’satisfaction,and has value for promotion.
