一对一责任助产护理联合分娩球对自然分娩产妇产程进展及分娩结局的影响

Effect of one-to-one responsible midwifery care combined with birthing ball on the progress of labor and birth outcomes in women with spontaneous delivery

目的探讨一对一责任助产护理联合分娩球在自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选取沂源县人民医院产科2021年8月至2023年8月收治的100例自然分娩产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规助产护理,研究组采用一对一责任助产护理联合分娩球干预,对比两组产程进展及分娩结局。结果与对照组相比,研究组第一、第二、第三产程均较短(P<0.05);研究组中重度疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组母婴不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一对一责任助产护理与分娩球联合应用,能够促进产妇快速分娩,对于保障母婴安全具有较好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of one-to-one responsible midwifery care combined with birthing ball in spontaneous delivery.Methods A total of 100 cases of women with spontaneous deliveries admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Yiyuan County People’s Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group by using the method of randomized numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional midwifery care,and the study group used one-to-one responsible midwifery care combined with birthing ball intervention to compare the progress of labor and birth outcomes between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the first,second,and third stages of labor were shorter in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of moderate and severe pain was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events for mothers and infants was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-to-one responsible midwifery care combined with birthing ball can promote rapid labor and delivery,which is of good value to ensure the safety of mothers and infants.
