微纳级油溶性控水颗粒体系的制备及性能评价

摘要 针对海上油田多层合采、油水同层等特征,以甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为共聚单体,采用乳液聚合法制备了一种微纳级油溶性颗粒,考察了其控水性能。结果表明,聚合物相对分子质量为1.25×10^(4),粒径中值为1.40μm,其乳液耐温耐盐可达110℃、30 g/L。岩心驱替实验结果表明,油溶性颗粒体系在渗透率为3100 mD的人造岩心中注入压力约为0.027 MPa,水相渗透率下降了80.91%,油相渗透率下降了23.78%,水相冲刷10 PV后仍具有良好的控水性能。该油溶性颗粒具有良好的选择性控水性能,可用于海上油田的控水作业。 In view of the characteristics of multi-layer co production and oil-water in the same layer of offshore oil fields,a micro/nano oil soluble particle was developed by lotion polymerization using octadecyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate as the monomer,and a water control system was formed and its water control performance was investigated.The relative molecular weight of the synthesized product was measured to be 1.25×10^(4),with a median particle size of 1.40μm.The temperature and salt resistance performance could reach 110℃and 30 mg/L.Through core displacement experiments,it was measured that the injection pressure of the system into an artificial rock core with a permeability of 3100 mD was about 0.027 MPa.The water phase permeability decreased by 80.91%,the oil phase permeability decreased by 23.78%,and the water phase still had good water control performance after flushing 10 PV.The results indicate that the oil soluble water control particles have good selective water control performance and can be used for water control operations in offshore oil fields.
