摘要
以丙烯酸十八酯、乙酸乙烯酯和烯丙基磺酸钠为单体,通过自由基聚合反应制备了一种三元聚合物,将其与十二烷基三甲基氯化铵改性后的蒙脱土进行纳米复合,得到纳米复合降凝防蜡剂,复配10%石油磺酸钠后,考察了该剂对模型油的降凝防蜡效果。结果表明:优化反应条件为单体质量分数40%,引发剂质量分数1.4%,反应时间5 h,反应温度100℃,n(丙烯酸十八酯)∶n(乙酸乙烯酯)∶n(烯丙基磺酸钠)=8∶1∶1。在用量500μg/g下,防蜡率、凝固点分别为93.6%和21℃。与三元聚合防蜡剂相比,纳米复合降凝防蜡剂的性能有所提升,性能良好。
A ternary polymer was prepared by free radical polymerization using octadecyl acrylate,vinyl acetate,and sodium allyl sulfonate as monomers.A nano composite pour point depressant and anti-wax agent was obtained by nano composite of this ternary polymer with montmorillonite modified with dodecyl trimethylammonium chloride.This nano composite pour point depressant and anti-wax agent was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy,and its pour point depressant and antiwax effects on model oil were also investigated after compounding with 10%sodium petroleum sulfonate.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were monomer concentration of 40%by mass,initiator concentration of 1.4%,reaction time of 5 h,reaction temperature of 100℃,and n(octadecyl acrylate)∶n(vinyl acetate)∶n(sodium allyl sulfonate)=8∶1∶1.At 500μg/g,the anti-wax rate and solidification point were 93.6%and 21℃,respectively.Compared with the ternary polymerization type wax inhibitor,the performance of the nano composite anti wax agent has been improved and the performance is good.
