摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N-甲基二烯丙基丙磺酸盐(MAPS)为聚合单体,对氯甲基苯乙烯为链转移剂,木质素磺酸钠(SLS)为改性剂,通过自由基预聚与接枝改性合成了木质素磺酸钠改性降失水剂。考察了主链单体配比、木质素磺酸钠加量、预聚时间对产物降失水性能的影响,结果表明:在m(AM)∶m(AMPS)∶m(MAPS)=6∶1.5∶1.5,SLS加量为基准+10%(质量分数),基准预聚时间条件下,聚合产物性能最优。在加量2%时,基浆经150℃老化后滤失量小于15 mL,黏土膨胀降低率大于80%,抗盐耐温降失水性能显著。
Using the acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS),N-methyldiallyl propane sulfonate(MAPS)as polymerization monomers,p-chloromethyl styrene as chain transfer agent,and sodium lignosulfonate(SLS)as modifier,lignosulfonate modified filtrate reducer was synthesized by free radical pre-polymerization and grafting modification.The effects of main chain monomer ratio,sodium lignosulfonate dosage,and pre-polymerization time on the filtration loss were investigated.The results showed that the optimal performance of the synthesized product was achieved under the conditions of m(AM)∶m(AMPS)∶m(MAPS)=6∶1.5∶1.5,SLS dosage of baseline+10%,and baseline pre-polymerization time.When adding 2%product dosage(mass fraction),the filtration loss of slurry after aging at 150℃was less than 15 mL,and the reduction rate of clay expansion was greater than 80%,the salt and temperature resistance,and the filtration loss controlling performance of lignosulfonate modified filtrate reducer was significant.
