摘要
耐盐聚合物是高矿化度地层水、压裂返排液重复利用及高矿化油藏提高采收率的关键材料,对复杂油气藏的开发具有重要的价值。对比分析了耐盐单体共聚聚合物、疏水缔合聚合物、两性聚合物、非直链型聚合物、复合型聚合物的耐盐机理及分子结构,探讨了5类耐盐聚合物的优缺点及研究方向,详细综述了耐盐聚合物的国内外研究进展及应用现状,指出了耐盐聚合物存在的主要问题,为下一步耐盐聚合物的研究及应用指明了方向。
Salt-resistant polymers are key materials for the reuse of highly mineralized formation water,fracturing flowback fluid and enhanced oil recovery in highly mineralized reservoirs,which is of great value for the development of complex oil and gas reservoirs.This article systematically analyzes the salt resistance mechanism and molecular structure of salt-resistant monomer copolymers,hydrophobic association polymers,amphoteric polymers,non-straight chain polymers,and compound polymers.The advantages,disadvantages,and research directions of five types of salt-resistant polymers are deeply discussed.A detailed overview of the research progress and application status of salt-resistant polymers at home and abroad is provided.The main problems with salt resistant polymers are pointed out.It also points out the direction for further research and application of salt-tolerant polymer.
