摘要
随着新能源车辆的发展和普及,新能源车辆充电状态下的电磁兼容特性越来越受到整车企业、出口认证公司、最终用户的重视。在最新版的出口认证标准ECE R10中,明确规定了整车充电状态下的电磁兼容测试要求和方法,欧盟明确规定新能源车辆进入市场之前需要做此方面的电磁兼容测试。目前国家公告标准GB 34660中并没有相关要求,但根据行业内标准发展,GB/T 40428—2021《电动汽车传导充电电磁兼容性要求和试验方法》将作为未来此类项目的公告标准,而且,各个国家甚至车企生产的新能源车辆所对应的充电类型以及充电协议都是不同的,因此,暗室内(电磁兼容试验室)加装整车多协议充电系统进行电磁兼容测试已成为趋势。文章对直流充电(含超级直流充电)在特定SOC充电工况下,对不同功率充电下电磁兼容的辐射发射测试进行研究。
With the development and popularization of new energy vehicles,the electromagnetic compatibility characteristics of new energy vehicles under the charging state are paid more and more attention by vehicle enterprises,export certification companies and end users.In the latest version of the export certification standard ECE R10,the requirements and methods of the electromagnetic compatibility test under the charging state of the vehicle are clearly stipulated,and the EU clearly stipulates that the new energy vehicles need to do the electromagnetic compatibility test in this aspect before entering the market.Current national announcement standard GB 34660 and no relevant requirements,but according to the industry standard development,GB/T 40428-2021 the electric vehicle conduction charging electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods will be the future of such project standards,and even the production of new energy vehicles corresponding to the charging type and charging protocol is different,therefore,the chamber(electromagnetic compatibility laboratory)with vehicle more protocol charging system for electromagnetic compatibility test has become a trend.In this paper,DC charging(including super DC charging)under specific SOC charging conditions,electromagnetic compatibility radiation emission test under different power charging is studied.
