摘要
针对传统铸造工艺课程的难点和痛点,安徽工程大学材料科学与工程学院材料加工系铸造工艺教学团队经过反复实践,通过面向产业需求,聚焦主干内容;结合时代背景,创新教学模式;融入学科竞赛,构建学习环境;采用多元评价,促进综合发展,总结出一套系统的铸造工艺课程创新教学方法。在新的教学方式的指引下,学生学习积极性明显提升,课堂活跃度明显提高,涌现出大批省级国家级学科竞赛获奖项目,学生对课程团队的评价逐年提高,课程满意度逐年改善,课程改革收获良好的效果。
In response to the difficulties and pain points of traditional casting process courses,the casting process teaching team of the Department of Materials Processing at the School of Materials Science and Engineering,Anhui Polytechnic University has repeatedly practiced and focused on the main content by meeting industry needs;Innovate teaching modes based on the historical background;Integrating into subject competitions and building a learning environment;adopting multiple evaluations to promote comprehensive development,a systematic innovative teaching method for casting technology courses has been summarized.Under the guidance of new teaching methods,students’learning enthusiasm has significantly improved,classroom activity has significantly increased,and a large number of provincial-level national level subject competition award-winning projects have emerged.Students’evaluation to the curriculum team has been increasing year by year,and course satisfaction has been improving year by year.The curriculum reform has achieved good results.
