新文科建设下金融类专业人才培养模式研究

A Study on Talents Training Mode of Financial Professionalsunder the Background of New Liberal Arts

以互联网、大数据、云计算等为代表的新技术革命给金融业带来巨大冲击,改变了金融业的发展路径和运营模式,也对金融人才提出更高要求。新文科建设为金融人才培养提供机遇,高校要立足新文科背景,以新技术为支撑,以行业需求为导向,优化金融人才培养模式。从新文科融合性、创新性、战略性、实践性等特征出发,明确新文科建设对于金融人才培养的要求,分析当前金融人才培养中存在的问题,从重塑人才培养目标、完善课程体系建设、创新教学模式、打造高质量师资队伍等方面提出对策建议,培养符合新文科建设要求的高质量金融人才。

The new technological revolution represented by the Internet,big data and cloud computing has brought a huge impact on the financial industry,changed the development path and operation model of the financial industry,and also put forward higher requirements of financial talents.The new liberal arts provides opportunities for training of financial talents.Universities should base on the new liberal arts background,take the new technology as the support,and take the industry demand as the guidance,and optimize the training mode of financial talents.Based on the characteristics of the integration,innovation,strategy and practicality of the new liberal arts,this paper defines the new requirements of the new liberal arts for talent training,analyzes the existing problems in the current training of financial talents,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of reshaping the objectives of talent training,improving the construction of the curriculum system,innovating the teaching mode,and building a team of high-quality teachers to meet the talent requirements of new liberal arts construction.
