离子膜电解制备氢氧化锂副产氯气平衡探讨

摘要 文章主要探讨察尔汗盐湖混合盐水利用离子膜一步法电解制备单水氢氧化锂工艺中副产氯气的平衡应用,通过对比氢氧化钠溶液吸收、石灰乳吸收法、乙烯法综合应用及合成盐酸的可行性分析,得出离子膜电解制备单水氢氧化锂项目中副产氯气的最佳应用工艺,为项目建设提供氯气综合应用方案。 In this article,the optimal application process of by-product chlorine in the preparation of lithium hydroxide monohydrate by one-step electrolysis of mixed brine ion membrane in Qarhan Salt Lake is mainly discussed,and the optimal application process of by-product chlo⁃rine in the preparation of lithium hydroxide monohydrate project by ion membrane electrolysis is ob⁃tained by comparing the absorption of sodium hydroxide solution,the comprehensive application of lime milk absorption,ethylene method and the feasibility analysis of synthetic hydrochloric acid,so as to provide a comprehensive chlorine application scheme for the project construction.
