摘要
为保障反渗透系统不结垢并安全稳定运行,研发聚合物阻垢剂浓度实时监控技术,实现反渗透系统精确投加阻垢剂很有实用价值。文章选用具有长余辉发光效应的示踪剂与聚合物阻垢剂进行复配,并延长测量时间至10 ms,在较宽的低、高浓度范围内(2~8μg/L、2~100μg/L)测量聚合物阻垢剂浓度,结果均有较好的线性相关性和较小的误差,克服了使用传统荧光示踪剂时原水中荧光物质产生背景的干扰问题,为反渗透系统精确监控聚合物阻垢剂浓度提供了一种新途径和新方法。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the reverse osmosis system,Developing real-time monitoring technology for polymer scale inhibitor concentration and achiev⁃ing precise dosing of scale inhibitors in reverse osmosis systems is of practical value.We choose a long persistent luminescence tracer compound combined with polymer scale inhibitors and extend the measurement time to 10 ms,over a wide range of low and high concentrations(2~8μg/L,2~100μg/L,the concentration of polymer scale inhibitors measured show good linear correlation and small error.This overcomes the background interference problem caused by fluorescent substances in raw water when using traditional fluorescent tracers,and provides a new approach and method for accurately monitoring the concentration of polymer scale inhibitors in reverse osmosis systems.
