应用型高校学科专业结构与区域产业结构的耦合协调性研究——以山东省为例

On the Coupling Coordination between Discipline Structure of Application-Oriented Universities and Regional Industrial Structure:An Empirical Analysis Based on Shandong Province

应用型高校学科专业结构与区域产业结构耦合协调发展是推动应用型高校建设和区域经济社会发展的重要支撑。构建耦合协调发展模型,对2014—2022年山东应用型高校学科专业结构与产业结构相关数据进行实证分析。研究发现:山东应用型高校学科专业结构与区域产业结构的耦合协调性总体向好,但三类学科专业与三次产业的耦合协调性亟需提升;三大经济圈应用型高校学科专业结构与产业结构耦合协调性总体偏低;山东新旧动能转换战略实施以来,应用型高校学科专业结构未能及时优化调整;政府支持计划的实施为应用型高校学科专业结构与区域产业结构的耦合协调发展注入了动力。推进应用型高校学科专业结构与区域产业结构耦合协调发展,需强化政策和资金供给,加强学科专业结构调整的需求传导式改革,立足区域资源优势推动应用型高校特色化内涵式发展。

The paper constructs a coupling and coordination model,and makes an empirical study based on the data of discipline structure and industrial structure of Shandong from 2014 to 2022.The results show that:The coupling coordination between discipline structure of application-oriented universities and regional industrial structure is generally good,but the coupling coordination between three disciplines and three industries needs to be improved urgently;The coupling and coordination between discipline structure and industrial structure in Shandong's three economic circles is generally low;Since the implementation of the strategy for transition to new from old economic engines in Shandong,the discipline structure of application-oriented universities has not been optimized and adjusted according to the development of the industrial structure;The government support policy has injected impetus into the coupling and coordinated development of discipline structure and regional industrial structure.
