摘要
研究了不同表面处理工艺对TA15钛合金中厚板弯曲性能的影响,通过开展表面粗糙度检测、表面SEM电子显微镜观测以及极限弯曲试验,确定了最佳表面处理工艺.结果表明:采用120#千叶轮抛光+酸洗减薄工艺可以使板材表面平整度和光洁度得到明显改善,表面粗糙度平均值降至0.13μm;抛光和酸洗联合工艺可以消除板材表面微观潜在裂纹源,降低板材因表面质量问题而过早发生开裂的风险,极限弯曲角增大至52°~54°,较原始表面提高了54.29%~60.61%,板材弯曲性能得到有效提升.
The effects of different surface treatment processes on the bending properties of TA15 titanium alloy medium and thick plates were studied.The optimal surface treatment process was determined through surface roughness testing,surface SEM observation,and extreme bending tests.The results show that the surface flatness and finish of the plate can be significantly improved by using a 120#impeller polishing and pickling thinning process,with a reduced average surface roughness of 0.13μm.The combined process of polishing and pickling can eliminate the potential sources of micro cracks on the plate,and reduce the risk of premature cracking due to surface quality issues.The extreme bending angle is increased to 52°~54°,which is 54.29%~60.61%higher than the original surface.The bending performance of the plate has been effectively improved.
