RAP热再生预制盖板在沈阳绕城高速中分带养护中的应用

Application of RAP Hot Recycling Prefabricated Cover Plate in the Maintenance of the Medial Divider of Shenyang Ring Expressway

分析沈阳绕城高速中央分隔带日常养护面临的技术重点与难点,提出采用RAP热再生预制盖板进行防护和处治,并结合典型路段进行实体工程验证。结果表明:采用RAP热再生预制盖板对中分带内土壤及绿植进行防护,可大幅降低养护人员维修频次,增加绿植灌溉的保水量,减少冬季融雪剂对绿植树丛的伤害,在提升养护效率的同时降低了养护成本。

The technical focus and difficulties faced by the daily maintenance of the medial divider of Shenyang ring expressway are analyzed,the use of RAP hot recycling prefabricated cover plate for protection and treatment is put forward,and the physical engineering verification is carried out in combination with the typical road sections.The results show that:the use of RAP hot recycling prefabricated cover plate to protect the soil and green plants in the medial divider can greatly reduce the maintenance frequency of maintenance personnel,increase the water retention of green plant irrigation,reduce the damage of winter snow-melting agent to green plants,and reduce the maintenance cost while improving the maintenance efficiency.
