基于绿色建筑的房屋建筑设计研究

Research on the Building Design Based on Green Building

为了进一步促进绿色建筑理念的发展,对福州某绿色建筑的设计案例进行研究。在绿色建筑理念和设计原则的基础上,对绿色建筑当前存在问题进行研究,并结合实际案例,对建筑选址、自然采光、通风、节地设计和节水设计等几个关键的绿色建筑措施进行研究。研究表明,在绿色建筑设计过程中,应在保证建筑施工质量和成品质量的基础上,采用对环境污染小和能耗低的材料。在施工之前,应做好碳排放的计算和统计,减少对环境的破坏和污染。

In order to further promote the development of green building concepts,a design case of a green building in Fuzhou was studied.On the basis of introducing the concept and design principles of green buildings,this paper studies the current problems of green buildings and combines practical cases to study several key green building measures such as building site selection,natural lighting,ventilation,land saving design,and water-saving design.Research has shown that in the process of green building design,materials with low environmental pollution and energy consumption should be used while ensuring the quality of construction and finished products.Carbon emissions should also be calculated and counted before construction to reduce environmental damage and pollution.
