基于双碳减排策略的空调系统水力耦合设计研究

摘要 在实施碳达峰、碳中和国家战略语境下,从常规水系统设计与运行的几个典型能耗问题出发,比较现有规范标准与文献对水泵性能曲线类型的规定与主张,根据不同工况分析系统水力耦合问题,并以最为显著的水泵并联展开讨论。针对水泵并联耦合的不利影响,通过分析水泵与管路曲线类型、水泵比转数的选择等设计技术措施来降低,同时以进一步探讨设计与系统架构适配的优化方法模型和控制策略来解除,从而提出可供设计与节能改造借鉴的结论。 In the context of implementing the national strategies of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,this article starts from several typical energy consumption issues in the design and operation of conventional water systems,compares the existing specifications and standards with the literature on the types of pump performance curves,analyzes the hydraulic coupling problems of the system according to different operating conditions,and discusses the most significant pump parallel connection.In view of the adverse effects of pump parallel coupling,through analyzing the design technical measures such as pump and pipeline curve types and pump specific speed selection,we can reduce them.Through further exploring the optimization method model and control strategy for design and system architecture adaptation,we can eliminate them.We propose conclusions that can be used for design and energy-saving renovation.
