承插型盘扣支架关键施工技术与受力性能研究

摘要 为研究盘扣架整体受力性能的影响因素,对漳浦某盘扣架施工项目进行研究。在分析盘扣支架体系、应用项目情况和主要施工工艺的基础上,对盘扣架搭设方案进行探讨。针对搭设方案对整体受力性能进行研究,引入ABAQUS有限元分析软件对盘扣架材质、立杆直径、立杆间距、插销紧固和立杆壁厚等参数进行分析,研究其对盘扣支撑架整体受力性能的影响。通过研究表明,立杆强度、直径和壁厚对立杆的承载力影响较大。施工过程中,应加强对立杆的检查、抽查和报验的工作。 Study the influencing factors on the overall stress performance of the buckle frame and investigate the construction project of a buckle frame in Zhangpu.Based on the analysis of the buckle support system,application projects,and main construction processes,research is conducted on the installation plan of the buckle support.To study the overall stress performance of the buckle bracket,ABAQUS finite element analysis software is introduced to analyze parameters such as buckle bracket material,pole diameter,pole spacing,pin fastening,and pole wall thickness,and investigate their effects on the overall stress performance of the buckle support bracket.Research has shown that the strength,diameter,and wall thickness of upright poles have a significant impact on their bearing capacity.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the inspection,spot check,and reporting of upright poles during the construction process.
