摘要
以某工程项目为研究对象,针对在复杂地形和特殊气候施工钢结构人行栈道的需要,进行施工技术的探索。为解决在复杂地形下钢构件运输的困难,对人行栈道的施工进行合理的划分,并设置贝雷架支撑体系和轨道运输体系相结合的运输形式,保证了钢结构人行栈道材料的运输与吊装安全、高效进行。项目采用热镀锌技术对所需钢构件进行防腐处理,最大程度保护了周围的生态环境。
Taking a certain engineering project as the research object,this paper explores the construction technology for steel structure pedestrian walkways in complex terrain and special climates.To solve the difficulties in transporting steel components in complex terrain,the construction of pedestrian walkways is reasonably divided,and a transportation form combining the Bailey frame support system and rail transportation system is set up to ensure the safe and efficient transportation and hoisting of steel structure pedestrian walkway materials.The project also adopts hot-dip galvanizing technology to perform anti-corrosion treatment on the required steel components,maximizing the protection of the surrounding ecological environment.
